Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every bag. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

30-day Happy-Dog Guarantee. Every order is covered for 30 days from delivery. To return an item for any reason, email orders@k9krunch.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee.

Opened or eaten treats. For health and safety reasons, you don't need to send back opened or partly eaten bags. Tell us what happened and we'll refund or replace them.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Email orders@k9krunch.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

Refund timing. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take 1 to 2 more business days to post the credit.

Food-safety recalls. In the unlikely event of a recall, we follow FDA guidance. Affected customers will be notified by email within 24 hours of any recall notice with clear next steps.

Subscription orders. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account before your next billing date.
