What is the difference between freeze-dried and dehydrated?
Dehydrating uses heat, which destroys some nutrients and often requires preservatives. Freeze-drying uses no heat, preserves more nutritional value, and needs no additives for shelf life.

Can puppies eat freeze-dried treats?
Yes — freeze-dried treats are safe for puppies as long as they are single-ingredient and appropriately sized. Always supervise and introduce slowly, as puppies have sensitive digestive systems.
How do I store freeze-dried dog treats?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; once opened, seal the bag tightly or transfer to an airtight container. No refrigeration needed — freeze-drying removes moisture, giving treats a long shelf life.

How fast do you ship?
We process and ship all orders the same or next business day. Most customers receive their orders within 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship everywhere in the US?
We ship to the contiguous 48 states. We do not currently have free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. No international shipping at this time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your dog doesn't love our treats, email us at orders@k9krunch.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
